Full-Time Senior Account Manager Corporate Credit

General purpose:

Mainly responsible for building, maintaining and managing a large credit portfolio based on OUT policies and procedures.

Position highlights:

  • Develop effective strategies in managing and expanding a portfolio of existing clients and developing new relationships with prospects.
  • Perform sound financial analysis and present new credit applications and reviews.
  • Ensure adherence of all clients to internal credit risk and compliance policies.
  • Maintain acceptable levels of risks to safeguard the quality of the assigned portfolio.
  • Train, coach and supervise a unit of 2 to 4 Account Managers and their respective portfolios.
  • Responsible for activities geared toward ensuring an optimal service delivery to clients.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Preferably 5 years of relevant experience at senior level in Corporate Lending.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/ or Papiamento. Spanish also preferred.
  • Motivated, accurate, efficient, a real team player, flexible, proactive and result oriented.
