With operations in 19 territories and counting, NAGICO is seeking the services of a dynamic professional for the position of:

Life Sales Supervisor – NAGICO Life N.V.

The successful candidate will be a member of our NAGICO Life Division in Curacao and will be responsible for the supervision of a team of Sales Agents.

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Motivates, guides, trains and coaches a team of Insurance Sales Agents.
  • Is responsible for their sales targets, the quality of the service and the stimulation and motivation of the team
  • Supervises the administrative process of the department
  • Engages with customers, answers their questions and provides them with excellent service
  • Sets up and leads projects for the improvement of the work-and sales processes

Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimal associates work- and thinking level
  • Excellent computer skill, experience with Word, Excel and Social Media
  • Fluent in Dutch, Papiamento and English
  • Professional experience with financial products, experience with life insurance is an advantage
  • Proven success in sales and coaching
  • Positive attitude

Compensation and Benefits:

Selected candidate will be offered an attractive salary which will commensurate with experience and education.
