Job Description

Pinnacle Sports operates a worldwide online gaming website which was founded in 1998. Since its establishment, Pinnacle Sports has become one of the world’s largest, licensed, online gaming companies. Our company has clients in more than 100 countries and is expanding, which is why we are currently looking for our office in Curacao for a:

Customer Service Representative (foreign language)

Priority language skills (written): Korean, Japanese, Czech

Alternative language skills (written): Italian, Swedish, Finish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, German and Chinese (Simplified/Traditional) Cantonese and Mandarin

About the role:

To handle customer communication on behalf of Pinnacle Sports, researching and resolving customer issues, using available tools and interdepartmental support.
Problem solving, processing customer transactions within the customer’s account and accessing the payment provider accounts to investigate and resolve customer financial issues.

Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer and support customer facing communication in required languages, and translate emails, website information and any other matter as requested
• Research solutions to customer issues
• Use a comprehensive knowledge of website to investigate and resolve issues
• Administrate customer transactions
• Review and Process deposit / withdrawal transactions in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Administer client account management including updating notes in accounts
• Research transaction discrepancies and take appropriate action
• Monitoring of customer activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abuse
• Assistance with special Customer Services projects
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

• Computer literacy
• Care in dealing with sensitive information
• Ability to understand both written and oral instructions in English
• The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to independently solve problems
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Performance driven and a strong team player
• Fluent and advanced skills both oral and in specialized languages would be an asset
