Our company has clients in more than 100 countries and is expanding, which is why we are currently looking for our office in Curacao for a:

Compliance, Legal & Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the role:

Due to company growth & expansion, Pinnacle Sports is seeking a Manager to efficiently and effectively manage the legal, compliance and regulatory activities of the Group.
Pinnacle Sports is seeking a bright and ambitious individual to join our senior team. The successful candidate supports the development of Pinnacle Sports global operations and helps enable long term growth. He/She works closely with the Group Executive Team, and have the primary responsibility for compliance, legal and regulatory affairs across the group, leading key initiatives to build corporate capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs the duty of in-house Legal Counsel
• Global responsibility for legal compliance & regulatory affairs

Qualification/Skills candidate:

• Law Master Degree from an internationally recognised university
• BAR Exam (or equivalent accreditation)
• Highly commercial approach
• Ability to influence and lead
• Strong communication skills – Fluent in English
• Personality: Ambitious, driven, looking to accelerate their career to its next stage

Experience Requirements for successful candidate:

• Previous Gaming experience, with internationally recognised companies
• Minimum 2 years legal experience combined with relevant role experience—total minimum experience of 5 years
• Direct experience of compliance in sports betting; either in-house, with a regulator or a law firm. This experience should include UK and other European Union Markets
• Strong multi-jurisdictional exposure from both a legal and compliance perspective
• Dispute / business competition law
• Management of public affairs
• Experience in building and managing a team of compliance professionals
• Knowledge of sports rights and e-business
